Return and refunds


We take pride in the quality of our flowers and work hard on supplying fresh beautiful flowers for our customers. We recommend looking at our flower care guide on each product to get the most out of your flowers. We do understand that when providing a fresh product and with the nature of perishable products, sometimes the day/days after defect will show on stems. If you feel your flowers from Cellar Daisy didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted at least 3 days please contact us with a photo of the product and we will happily replace your flowers.
