Shipping policy

We offer same day delivery for orders placed by 12pm Tuesday - Saturday. Otherwise simply choose your preferred date when checking out.

We deliver our flowers Tuesday - Saturday Wellington wide. Your rate will be calculated at check out once the address is entered. 

We cannot guarantee any timed deliveries as sometimes things are out of our control such as weather, traffic or accidents. We use a floral courier for all our deliveries. 

Our couriers do their best to deliver in a timely manor but if wrong addresses are given, gate codes are needed or their is no access to the property - this can incur an extra delivery free if the courier needs to return to the property. Please ensure every detail is given when giving the recipients address as well as yours and theirs best contact number.

We also offer collection of bouquets at our Tawa studio between 9am - 3pm.
