Our very first milk chocolate bar. A creamy milk chocolate, with lingering notes of toasted caramel.
Toasted Milk we call it, and the name pretty much sums it up. We roast New Zealand 100% whole milk powder just enough to capture the perfect amount of caramelised flavour. It’s then added to our stone melanger where it refines with our Fazenda Camboa organic cacao for over 72 hours.
Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, New Zealand milk powder, organic cacao butter.
